Capresso Espresso Machine
By Kenneth Elliott
There are many brands of espresso makers on the market that claim to be the best. Most are your basic coffee makers just brew and dispense in the coffee pot for later use. This is not the type of capresso maker that you would want to buy.
Lets talk about taste:
Coffee experts consider brewing freshly ground beans under high pressure within a short period of time the ideal process to achieve maximum flavor. This type of method produces a brew with an aroma that does not have the bitterness and over-extraction. Research of coffee lovers has shown that coffee lovers prefer high-pressure brewed over any other brewing method.
What to look for when looking for a capresso espresso machine?
1. No one likes a stale cup of coffee. But this is exactly what you get with most of the makers on the market today. Multiple cups brewed at one time in one pot. A good espresso is done one cup at a time. Look for capresso makers that make it a point to only brew one cup at a time.
2. A coffee maker that brews coffee at high pressure. You probably will not find this type of coffee maker at most of your common department stores. But if you are able to find one it will be well worth the trip.
3. A stainless steel unit. These types of units will last a lot longer and are usually of higher quality. They are also easier to clean and to keep sanitary. Cleaning these units will be a breeze. With simple soap and water you can keep these units spick and span without much effort.
Yes this was mentioned earlier in this article but I have to emphasize the importance of buying a quality espresso machine. Not only will you brew a better cup of coffee but also you will have a machine that will last a considerable longer time.
